Thank you for choosing Eat Pure By Mom.
Every product we prepare is made in small batches using clean ingredients — the same kind of food a mother would lovingly prepare for her own family. Since each order is freshly prepared only after it is received, our products are made especially for you and are not mass-produced.
Because of this made-to-order process and the perishable nature of homemade food, returns and refunds are generally not possible once the preparation of your order has begun or the order has been delivered.
Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via call or WhatsApp.

If the preparation of your order has not yet started, we will be happy to cancel the order and process a refund.

If the preparation process has already begun, cancellation may not be possible since the ingredients and effort have already been dedicated to preparing your order.

Natural Variations
Since every product is handmade, there may be slight variations in taste, texture, or appearance between batches. These variations are a natural part of homemade food and reflect the authenticity of handcrafted preparation.
Traditional Recipes & Ingredients
Our laddoos and other delicacies are made using traditional recipes and generous use of pure ingredients such as ghee and natural sweeteners. During transit, you may occasionally notice slight ghee seepage — this is completely normal and does not affect the taste or quality of the product.
Shape & Softness During Transit
Some of our products, especially laddoos, are naturally soft and delicate. During shipping they may undergo minor changes in shape. However, the flavour and quality remain exactly the same.
